The mansion’s common areas are located downstairs to conveniently accommodate your group gathering. The 4 guest rooms are located upstairs on the 2nd and 3rd floors, comfortably separate from the entertaining areas. Each of these rooms is unique, luxurious, and comfortable.

The Caroline can accommodate events with up to 150 guests with exclusive 12-hour use of the entire property (11am-11pm). An onsite property manager is available to ensure everything runs smoothly for you and your guests. There is ample parking space for guests. The Caroline is 35 minutes from downtown Austin & 15 minutes from Austin Bergstrom Airport.
